With my mouth wide open, I was amazed when all the colors of our earth were reflected in a rainbow. I thought to myself how lucky the people are who live right below it …
THESE MOMENTS WERE MAGICAL.
And even today these small moments are the ones in which we pause, in which we are at peace with ourselves. These are that moments when we feel whole and alive.

HOW OFTEN ARE WE BUSY CHASING MATERIAL THINGS AND FULFILLING THE IDEAS AND STANDARDS OF OTHERS – AT WORK, IN EVERYDAY LIFE, IN THE FAMILY! SOMETIMES YOU DON’T EVEN REALIZE WHAT YOUR OWN NEEDS ARE ANYMORE.
THE WORLD IS COLORFUL
Lets paint it!
Some time ago I started to create my own personal “dream and thought catcher book”. Here I collect, glue, write down, reassemble. Sometimes it’s a quote I encounter or a newspaper clipping, a shamrock on the side of the road, a note from my loved ones and sometimes actually a dream that I didn’t forget when I woke up … All this helps me to remain attentive and grateful for the “little” things that surround me, that inspire me but also for my own feelings.
Come with me into the realm of colors
I would like to invite you! Invite you to go on a journey with me. A journey into the world of colors and into yourself. Let’s trace together those moments that make us happy… give them expression. Just like when we were children, when creativity was a matter of course. When we tried and didn’t let ourselves be restricted … In my studio I offer you time for yourself and the opportunity to try out different materials and techniques. Everyone can be creative
Creativity is our cradle. It has ensured our survival for many millennia, because creativity means further development. And as different as we humans are, so different are our ways. That is why there is no right or wrong in intuitive painting. You also don’t need any so-called talent or previous knowledge. The desire to try something new and curiosity are completely sufficient. I promise that and give you the right space for it!
Listen to your inner voice
Intuitive painting offers you a wonderful way to resist the urge to want to control everything. Just throw off all the ballast – without any constraints or other fears. It’s about reacting spontaneously and from the gut to the ever-changing canvas. You will learn to listen to your inner voice again and to follow it until it tells you “Now I reached my goal!” – playfully, without pressure and open to all possibilities.
Get out of the treadmil
How often are you busy fulfilling the ideas and standards of others – at work, in everyday life, in the family?
Sometimes you no longer recognize your own needs and you lose sight of the beautiful things in life. But our world has so many wonderful things to offer. Mindfulness in everyday life is currently on everyone’s lips. And indeed, the little things you’ll discover in this context can trigger something truly big.
Back to inner
balance
A completely different side of life is revealed when you consciously perceive, e.g. when you eat something delicious, read a good book, when you are out in nature, when you look at something that captivates you, when you create something out of yourself.
All this appeals to your senses and releases your creativity. You feel joy and satisfaction. You are in balance.
